1. About the service

Ekkly ("the Service") is a job matching assistant operated by TRDSPC Labs Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales. The Service is provided through WhatsApp via our assistant, Ari. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ekkly. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. What we provide

  • Job search across multiple UK job boards and sources
  • CV-to-job matching using AI
  • AI-generated cover letters and CV tailoring advice
  • Job alerts for new listings matching your criteria

All content generated by Ari (cover letters, CV advice, job summaries) is AI-generated and provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before submitting it to employers.

4. Credits and payment

  • New users receive 10 free credits to try the Service.
  • Certain actions (searching, matching, cover letters, CV tailoring) cost credits.
  • Additional credits can be purchased via our payment links (processed by Stripe).
  • Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
  • We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Job listings

Job listings are sourced from third-party job boards and employer websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing. We are not responsible for the content of listings, hiring decisions, or the actions of employers. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying.

6. AI-generated content

Cover letters, CV advice, and job summaries are generated by AI models. While we strive for quality, this content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any generated content. We accept no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in your CV and messages.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
  • Do not use automated tools to interact with the Service at scale.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Ekkly, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uptime. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRDSPC Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. On termination, you may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
